All persons interested in applying for employment with the Ashley Inn of Tillamook must first complete an employment application and submit it to the hotel for consideration. You may complete the application in person at the hotel any time of the day, or download the application by clicking on the link below to download and complete the application prior to bringing it to the hotel.
All applications will be reviewed by management and those who meet the qualifications for the positions for which we are hiring will be contacted for an interview. A background investigation is performed on all applicants and the following statement concerning investigations applies and will be acknowledged as part of the application process:
This employment application is used to notify me that the nature and scope of an investigation if one is conducted, could include such general identification as residence verification, and, as applicable, information concerning my employment, education, general reputation, and character. Only job-related information developed from such inquiries will be considered in evaluating my job application or continued employment. I hereby authorize any individual or organization to answer all questions or release any information regarding the items listed in this paragraph. I hereby release them from any liability and hold them harmless from any claim for releasing truthful information within their knowledge or records.
I understand that neither this application nor any written employee handbook is an express or implied contract of permanent employment. I further understand that my relationship with the Company is "at-will" and for an unspecified term and that the Company and I each have the right to terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without reason or advanced notice.
I certify that the answers given by me to the questions in the employment application and any information shared during interviews are true and correct without consequential omissions, and understand that, if employed, omissions and/or false statements on this application or during any interviews may result in dismissal.
